Yes. We provide a detailed written estimate at no cost and with no obligation. The estimate includes a line-by-line breakdown of materials, labor, and project timeline. There is no pressure to commit, and we never charge for the consultation or on-site visit.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A bathroom remodel typically runs two to four weeks. Kitchen remodels average four to eight weeks. Deck builds can be completed in one to three weeks depending on size and complexity. Room additions are the longest, often eight to sixteen weeks. We provide a detailed timeline before any work begins and communicate proactively if anything changes.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We manage the full permitting process for every project that requires it, from application through final inspection. Permit requirements and timelines vary by municipality across our service area, and we factor that into your project schedule from the start.

For projects that involve occupied spaces like kitchens and bathrooms, we work with you to minimize disruption to your routine.
What payment structure do you use?
We typically collect a deposit at contract signing (usually 10 to 20 percent depending on project size), with progress payments tied to project milestones. The final payment is due upon completion and your satisfaction with the finished work. We never ask for full payment up front.
